1. Basic Cleaning (Daily Dust / Light Stains)
Warm water + neutral detergent: Dilute fragrance-free baby soap or neutral dish soap in 30-40°C warm water. Gently wipe the soiled area with a soft sponge or cloth, rinse thoroughly with clean water, and then pat dry with a towel.
Baby powder / cornstarch: Sprinkle a small amount of powder on the stain, gently rub with a soft cloth to absorb oil and surface dirt, then brush off with a soft brush.
2. Moderate Stains (e.g., black marks)
75% medical alcohol: Use a cotton swab dipped in alcohol to gently wipe the stain in circular motions. For stubborn areas, you can cover it with an alcohol wipe for 1-2 minutes before wiping. ⚠️ Always test on an inconspicuous area first to avoid discoloration.
Baking soda paste: Mix baking soda with a small amount of water to form a paste. Apply to the stain, gently rub, let it sit for 5-10 minutes, then rinse. The mild abrasiveness helps lift stains.
Toothpaste method: Use white, non-abrasive toothpaste. Apply to a damp silicone surface, gently brush with a soft brush, then rinse. Suitable for removing minor discoloration.
3. Stubborn / Penetrating Stains
Specialized silicone stain remover: Purchase a stain remover specifically formulated for silicone dolls/models. Apply as directed, let it sit for several hours, then wipe clean with a damp cloth.
Vegetable oil method: Gently rub the stain with coconut or olive oil to dissolve oily or penetrating stains, then clean with a detergent.
⚠️ Important Precautions
❌ Do not use: Acetone, strong bleach, high-concentration alcohol products, rough brushes, or steel wool, as these can cause silicone to age, crack, or discolor.
❌ Avoid prolonged immersion in water to prevent damage to internal components.
❌ After cleaning, do not expose to direct sunlight. Allow to air dry in a well-ventilated area.
